5.56mm Lake City Once Fired Brass (500): This brass is sourced from U.S. Government and Law Enforcement sources. All cases have been magnetically screened, machine sorted and hand inspected. Lake City brass has crimped primers and will need to be swaged prior to priming. Raw (500): For the reloader who likes to process their own brass. This brass is unpolished and unprocessed. Polished Brass (500): This brass is polished in stainless steel chips for a very clean and shiney finish, inside and out. 50% Processed (500) : Our latest offering. Here’s what we do for you; Wet Tumbled : We first wet tumble the brass in our cleaning solution. This gets the brass very clean, inside and out. Decap & Ream: Along with removing the spent primer, the primer pocket are now reamed to remove any primer crimp. Roll Sized: We roll size the brass to bring the web and lower portion of the brass, all the way to the rim to SAAMI standards. This is especially beneficial when processing brass for your Semi-Auto rifle. You will notice your brass will require much less effort to full length resize. Fully Processed Brass (500): We first wet tumble in our cleaning solution. Then they are roll sized, decapped, primer pockets reamed, full length resized to SAAMI standards, trimmed to length and the neck expanded with a Lyman M die. They are then tumbled in stainless steel chips to debur and provide a high luster. They have been inspected with a Dillon headspace gauge. They are ready for your primer, powder and bullets. Additional Options : Chamfering & Deburring: We can chamfer and deburr your fully processed brass. Annealing : We can anneal your 50% or fully processed brass. Annealing helps extend your case life and helps provide more consistent case sizing. UltraSonic cleaning: We clean your RAW brass in our commercial ultrasonic cleaner with our own unique cleaning solution. While it is not polished, it is VERY clean and ready for your press. Your polishing time should be significantly reduced since all the carbon, dirt and all-around jungle funk is removed during the ultrasonic cleaning. This is a great add-on when purchasing raw brass. *All of these procedures help improve consistency and accuracy potential with your brass.
