The birthday suit is an outfit in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update. It is a bright blue suit with a yellow tie and a polka dot pattern. Adorned to the suit are various birthday-themed pins, some featuring Vault Boy, as well as many decorative stars.
