Our Menu-The mission is simple: serve delicious, affordable food that guests will want to return to week after week.

Cherry Red Roasters was created by Duncan Miiller, a professional chef for nearly 20 years, with a passion for outdoor cooking. After perfecting his smoking techniques, he had a customized, wood-burning rotisserie smoker built to meet the need for true smoked barbecue in our area.  
Utilizing this extreme mobile cooker along with a slow smoking process and a mix of cherry and apple woods, the result is a tender and flavorful product. Whether the event is 50 or 5000, we bring the joy of barbecue to you!
