Please note that all plants, with the exception of cuttings, have a root system. To ensure convenient shipping, plants exceeding 5ft in height can be trimmed to fit within a 4ft box. Kindly be aware that requesting a box change may incur an additional charge of $20-$40.

Store Policy: Our standard handling time for orders is 1-3 days. However, some plants require inspection prior to shipment, which may extend the handling time up to 21 days. Transit time typically ranges from 1-3 days. Please be aware that when we pack the plants, we remove 2/3 of the soil, and they are not supplied with a pot.
