It's been a while since I shared my at home gym on the blog and so today I wanted to share my list of at home gym essentials. I've included a few extras from the gym equipment I shared in my at home gym reveal to include a wider range of equipment for other types of fitness classes you can do at home. Since quarantine I have started taking more classes on Peloton digital to broaden my workouts. While my Peloton has by far been my best purchase ever, I've had to take a step back from riding my bike due to a knee injury.
