Each form measures approximately 7" X 7.5" at its widest points, and 1.5" in depth at its thickest point.
These will add volume to your buttocks. Unlike padded panties, these can be placed anywhere underneath your clothing.
Weight: 3.5 ounces total (both pads)
The model in the pictures is 5'10", 165 lbs, 34" waist, 36" hips (natural). These pads added almost 3 inches to the rear.

Adhesives are not recommended, just a garment (or undergarment) tight enough and large enough to hold them in place.
