These are super soft and stretchy. They are new and in excellent condition with no marks, tears or stains. They measure 13” across the waist lying flat (and stretch to 15” so would fit a 26-30 depending on how much room you like) and 25” inseam and 35” top to bottom and 11.5” rise and 4.5” leg opening.
