Brass is revered for the subtle patina it develops over time, slowly transforming and becoming more tied to people and place, deepening in both complexity and meaning. Each lever-style handle is designed to best showcase the natural expression of the brass casting and can be combined with 3 designs of interchangeable plates for a range of combinations to fit individual aesthetic. Can be installed on both interior and exterior doors. Available in four lever styles with choice of three interchangeable base plates. Each set comes with two handles and two plates (one set for each side of a single door), mortise lock kit*, and brass minus screws. Part of Futagami's Matureware line of artisan crafted hardware. Based in Takaoka, Japan, Futagami has been crafting brass goods since 1897. With origins in Buddhist brass tradition, they maintain true to their roots with an unwavering attention to quality craftsmanship while exploring modern homeware aesthetics. Materials: Lead-free brass handles, lead-free brass plates, lead-free brass mortise lock kit, lead-free brass screws. Designed and made in Japan. *The mortise lock kit does not come with a lock mechanism cylinder. Notes: These handles are designed for wood and wood composite doors only.
