American. Jacob Spangle, Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. Barrel marked, "J. S." with a design between the letters. 34 1/8", .45 calibre barrel. The tiger maple stock is in exceptionally smooth condition. Brass furniture. Flintlock with roller frizzen functions properly. Some of the diamond inlays appear to be replacements. Don and Joyce Blyth collection. CODE:FIREA
