OVERVIEW This Mid-Century inspired sconce has the perfect details and premium finishes to upgrade any space. With two bulbs concealed in the cast brass cone shades, this sconce directs light up and down, while shielding harsh light from the front. All Roanoak products are made from solid brass parts that are hand finished and assembled with exquisite attention to detail. This sconce is sold exclusively in our brushed finish with a options for matching brass base or wooden base. The brushed surfaces accentuate the solid brass metal and catch bright highlights while perfectly diffusing reflections. Evident of fine craftsmanship, special techniques are used to produce uniform circular brush grain. A thin layer of wax protects the metal from oxidation. The wooden bases are available in walnut, maple, and oak. These hardwoods are custom cut and drilled with the precision of fine woodworking. We finish them with a satin coat of smooth varnish. Please note, depending on the light bulb used, the brass shade can get very hot. Please use caution before touching the shade after it has been on for awhile.
