An interesting and unusual strapped hammer adze tool.There are some letters by the bottom rivets on the strapped handle but no other obvious maker's marks.Octagonal neck leading to the 7/8 inch diameter hammer face.The adze edge is approximately 3 inches wide with a small chip to one corner, please see images.Approximately 63/4 inches between the face and cutting edge.Some surface pitting and staining spots, please see images.Good hardwood strapped handle.1lb 123/4oz (788g) total weight.141/8 inches overall length.
