Getting back in a routine with workouts has been a struggle with now TWO kiddos + my stepson. It’s not easy. And being a c-section mama x2 has made postpartum recovery harder. I’m not always motivated, but consistency is key. Just know it is possible to get back in shape and get “your body back”.
