Echo includes more outdoor classes, equipment and training programs. You can expect Peak Conditioning, a high-intensity CrossFit-style program, Bootcamp, another high-intensity program where you grind it out and earn your sweat! Finally, try new workouts during open-gym hours with tires, sleds and more.
