Interesting French metallic shotgun shell - General Ammunition

Description

Can anybody ID? Brass case, steel base. Upon close inspection there seems to be wire inside the buckshot load, i guess it might be connecting the pellets to tighten the group upon impact. Was this some kind of experimental round? Is there any considerable value to it?
